US Coast Guard ~ Grand Isle, LA ~ 2025
• Remove existing HVAC system components—including the AC condenser, evaporator, supply ducting, insulation, and fan coil unit—from the southwest wing of the UPH building.
• Install new 24-gauge insulated galvanized sheet metal for the supply ductwork plenum.
• Install a new fan coil unit with a single-stage, 4-way multipoise condensing gas furnace and a 5-ton evaporator A-coil, reconnecting the outside air supply duct.
• Install a new 5-ton, up to 15 SEER2 residential AC condenser unit on a grated platform outside the utility room.
